# Careington1

> Careington1.com is an independent enrollment site for two dental savings plans, which are discount memberships and not dental insurance: the Careington Care 500 Series, and Care Plus, which combines the Care 500 Series with the Dental Access plan on the Aetna Dental Access network. The plans are administered by Careington International Corporation, a separate company. Careington1.com is permitted to use the Careington1 name to market the plans; it is not owned by, operated by, or part of Careington International Corporation. Members pay a membership fee and receive pre-negotiated reduced fees from participating dentists, with no waiting periods, no annual maximums and no exclusions for pre-existing conditions.

This plan is not a Qualified Health Plan under the Affordable Care Act. This is not a Medicare prescription drug plan. The range of discounts will vary depending on the type of provider and service. The plan does not pay providers directly. Plan members must pay for all services but will receive a discount from participating providers. The list of participating providers is at https://www.careington1.com/dentists. A written list of participating providers is available upon request. You may cancel within the first 30 days after effective date or receipt of membership materials (whichever is later) and receive a full refund, less a nominal processing fee (nominal fee for MD residents is $5, AR residents will be refunded processing fee).
